The Design: This is an example of a regimental badge which we suspect was issued some time in the 1940's. If you have information we can share with others, please let us know. The finish is what we refer to as antiqued and polished. The brass was oxidized to darken it, then the highlights were polished. The Badge: - Die struck brass - Cut out - Darkened (oxidized) background - Polished highlights - Size: 1 5/8" high x 1 1/8" wide
