The Design: This medal features the Halifax Coin Club crest. Only one flat pattern was needed, as the sculpted elements were hand carved directly into the die. Hand finishing of the antiqued silver plating highlights the detail. The Medal: - Copper - 1 ½" diameter x .094" thick - Smooth edge - Silver Plated - Lightly darkened (oxidized) background - Highlighted raised areas
