The Design: The Victoria Numismatic Society had this medal minted to commemorate the 100th anniversary of British Columbia becoming a Canadian Province. We sculpted the three figures and the locomotive using pictures supplied by the Society. To view the obverse used with this medal go to Numismatic Medal 16. The Medal: - Bronze - 1 ½" diameter x .094" thick - Smooth edge - Darkened (oxidized) background - Highlighted raised areas
