The Design: We were given completed artwork for this medal. We created the patterns photographically. To obtain the Proof-Like finish shown on the token, we sandblast then polish the minting surfaces of the dies. Tokens minted from properly prepared coin blanks using these dies will have frosted highlights on a polished background. The Medal: - Bronze - 1 ½" diameter x .094" thick
