Cap Badge: This is a Canadian Armed Forces regimental badge. This is an example of a die struck badge with a large number of piercings (cut out areas). The soft satin finish was achieved by sandblasting and scratch brushing prior to gold plating. The badge was sprayed with a clear lacquer to protect the 24K gold plating. Material & Finish: - Die struck brass - 24K gold plating - Size: 2 1/8" high x 1 5/8" wide
