The Design: The 2 ½" diameter minted UCCB medal features the college crest. The cap, floral elements and the ribbon at the bottom were sculpted. The balance of the crest and the lettering were cut using flat patterns. The lightly oxidized silver plated finish highlights the shape and detail. The Medal: - Copper - 2 ½" diameter x 3/16" thick - Silver plated - Lightly darkened (oxidized) background - Highlighted raised areas
